QQQQ Trading System

By: ITS Team

Article Category: SML Review System

QQQ-Trading-System™ is affiliated with Index-Trading-Systems™, the site that delivers our trading signals for ETFs (Exchange Traded Funds).

QQQ-Trading-System™ offers trading signals for the QQQ (NASDAQ-100 Index Tracking Stock). The QQQ are also called "the cubes". QQQ are traded on the American Stock Exchange (AMEX) and are the first financial product created by the NASDAQ-AMEX Market Group.

Nasdaq-100 Shares trade like stock. You can buy them on margin, sell them short, or you may hold your shares for the long-term. The QQQ represent a one-investment portfolio that gives you ownership in the 100 stocks of the Nasdaq-100 Index. The main advantage of the QQQ over other stocks and index shares is that they are one of the most liquid trading vehicles on the stock market.

The QQQ trading signals are usually posted on the website by 8:30 PM EST, following the market close for the day. This means that if you wish to follow the recommendations and to place a trade based on a signal, you will have to wait until the following trading day. We calculate our returns based on the market opening price on the first trading day following the day a signal is issued.

Following our trading system is very easy. A trading signal itself can take one of three forms: "Long", "Short", or "Cash".

A "Long" signal means we are buying the QQQ at the market opening price on the first trading day following the day a signal is issued.. The name of the signal is derived from the term "Long position", which means we profit during an uptrend (e.g., in a bull market).

A "Short" signal means we are selling the QQQ at the market opening price on the first trading day following the day the signal is issued. Because we are taking a "short position", we will profit if an index declines.

A ''Cash'' signal means we are closing a trade and will remain in a cash position until a new signal has been generated.

In conjunction with every trading signal, we also issue a "Stop-Loss Price". Should the market move against our position, a "Cash" signal is generated once the stop-loss point is touched. Our stop-loss strategy was designed to protect you against big losses.

All trades are executed at the market open on the first trading day following the day a signal was issued. On our site, you will find our complete QQQ trading history in graphical and tabular form. This will give you an indication of the potential returns that you can expect from the QQQ trading system.

We issue about 15-20 QQQ trading signals per year. Because these are predominantly short-term trades, (i.e., they usually last no more than 30 days), you could conceivably use the QQQ signals to trade QQQ options with expiration dates at least 2-3 months into the future. Click here to discover how you can you use our QQQ trading signals to trade QQQ options, to learn which trading system you should use, and to discover what kinds of returns you can expect.

After subscribing to our trading service, you can immediately access the trading signals through the members’ home page. We update the signals daily. As a subscriber, you can also sign up for our daily email alerts, which provide the most recent updates for each signal (“signal status”). Email alerts are available in a standard format, as well as in a cell phone format, where the message size has been reduced to a bare minimum, in order to accommodate cell phone text size limitations.

All of our trading signals are generated using a system of volume-based technical analysis, although we incorporate other forms of technical analysis as well. To learn more about volume technical analysis and volume price relationships, visit our website at www.MarketVolume.com.
