Fundamental versus Technical
Fundamental Analysis assumes collecting a big volume of information about company which may include but not limited by earning reports, spending reports, development reports, company's goal, company's plans and others. This type of analysis requires gathering information about the industry in which the company operates, what is prospective of this industry and how the company goes along with industry.

Minimum Invested in System
To estimate how much you may pay brokerage commissions you need to know how often a trading system you are interesting in generates trades and you need to know how much your broker charges you for buying and selling. The average number of trades per month could be obtained from the history of trading system you consider to use. Of course past results do not guarantee future performance, yet the analysis of the history may give you at least average picture of what you may expect from the system.

Stochastics in Technical Analysis
When Stochastics crosses 20 after being below it mean the price started to rise after hitting some bottom. It still does not guarantee that the price will continue to move up, yet it shows that sentiment has changed and there is a possibility that it will stay this way. In many cases it’s true and you may anticipate for some move up.

Indicators in Technical Analysis
Use those technical indicators that you are familiar with and have practice in using. If you novice trader then you may start from the simple one and then move to the more complicated. Price moving average and volume moving average are two basic indicators that are used as a foundation in many other more complex technical studies.

Types of Technical Studies
The best choice could be those that you are most familiar with, fill comfortable to use and have practice in using. Yet, in order to see the complete picture it is recommended to have at least one indicator from each group: price based, volume based, Breadth group.

New Highs and Lows
The new highs and new lows based technical indicators are used by investors to look at underground processes on the stock market and very often are used in trading systems to confirm a trend and spot reversal points. When the indexes are still in the up-trend and the whole market is still bearish the changes in the new highs/lows trend shows that some stocks started to become oversold and weak and it could be as a first sign that other stocks could be involved in it and become oversold and that the index and stock market may crash down.
